 Our Community Sustainability Mission:

The mission of the Tri-Cities sustainability effort is to promote the healthy well-being of its citizens in a sustainable environment that brings economic benefits to the citizens and governmental entities, now and in the future.”

 

Approval of Minutes

Motion made to approve April 21 minutes by R.Manasek, second by L.Morrison,, motion passed.

 

New Business

Ř      Discussions centered on Alternative Transportation and Water Quality and Efficiencies.

§      Mercury vapor in street lights are no longer used, High Pressure Sodium used now

§      Terrytown uses in city buildings, low-flush toilets, have lighting upgrades, xeric landscapes, recycling in facilities

Ř      Gering guests were called to Kearney and unable to attend.

Ř      Invitations were extended for Scottsbluff and Terrytown with no representation from either.
